Books come to life when we interpret stories with yoga asanas! In Storybook Yoga 2, we read carefully selected age-appropriate children's literature and play music that engages the mind and body. Then we bring the story to life with yoga poses including downward dog, cat and cow, eagle, warrior... and more! Use your body to link words to movement.
In this class, we move, stretch, build our love for reading, and settle children with rhythmic breathing and mindful yoga movements that relax the mind and body.
